The EOC aims to create an inclusive and equitable environment by addressing issues of inequality and discrimination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Functions and responsibilities of an Equal Opportunity Cell include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Promoting Inclusivity and Equality<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Addressing Discrimination if any <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Creating Awareness through Programs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Support Systems<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Scholarships\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Liaison and Coordination<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Monitoring and Reporting<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The EOC will take care in ensuring that students from underrepresented communities (like Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and economically weaker sections) are given proper facilities and opportunities to succeed.
