Prof, PE)<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"committee-role-badge\">Members<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"committee-meta\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"committee-designation\">Member of Internal Complaint Committee<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<div class=\"committee-note\"><strong>Meeting Frequency:<\/strong> Twice in a semester and in addition as and when required<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-1\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Functions and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>To conduct capacity building program<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of mentor-mentee groups as per the prescribed ratio.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of mentoring and counseling schedules\/check list<\/li>\n<li>Conducting student mentoring and counseling as per the schedule<\/li>\n<li>Identification of slow learners.<\/li>\n<li>Measures to improve the performance of slow learners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-2\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Objective<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<p>To address the conflicts in attitudes, habits, and knowledge towards learning practices and to inculcate discipline, punctuality and motivation among the students in their career building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-3\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Standard Operating Procedure for Student Counseling Committee<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>Meeting will be held in the beginning of academic year to propose to plan for activities \/ awareness programs by seeking permission and send the same to the IQAC for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Requisition letter is sent to the Principal through IQAC seeking permission to conduct events to students and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Circulate notice to all staff, students to participate in the said programs \/ FDPs.<\/li>\n<li>Council the students in a private confidential environment<\/li>\n<li>If student\u2019s issue is referring to psychiatrist intimate to their parents.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the academic year the annual and action taken report are to be submitted to IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-1\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Minutes of meeting Procedure<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>All meetings shall be convened by the chairperson\/convener with prior notice to all committee members.<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of meeting will be noted down by the convener and same will be discussed with committee members.<\/li>\n<li>It is compulsory for the members to attend the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of necessary records of the committee in a file: Notice\/Photos\/Statistical data \/Minutes of meeting\/Prepare brief report on events.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meeting:\u00a0<\/strong>The Committee should meet at least once in every semester.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quorum:<\/strong>The quorum for the meeting shall be two-thirds of the total number of members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Record<\/strong> <strong>Keeping:\u00a0<\/strong>The agenda, minutes of meeting and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained in a register and electronically in a retrievable format (scanned copy).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong>A copy of the same will be submitted to the IQAC of the college for preparation of various reports of IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Outcomes <\/strong><strong>of the system<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The attendance percentage of the students has increased to a greater extent.<\/li>\n<li>The number of detainment of students has decreased consistently.<\/li>\n<li>In course of direct communication between mentor and the student there was a good improvement in the teacher-student relationship.<\/li>\n<li>The above effected in attaining a better academic performance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The undersigned is pleased to constitute with the following members to enable the students to become self-actualized individuals.
