Late comers will not be allowed for the same class.<\/li>\n<li>In case of any violation of rules is found, immediately necessary to be taken by the committee Members.<\/li>\n<li>In case the attendance is found less than 75%, he \/she will not be allowed to appear for the CIE and SEE.<\/li>\n<li>Student must pay stipulate fees within the given time span.<\/li>\n<li>Misbehavior of any student need to be reported with their parents and necessary action to be taken by the committee<\/li>\n<li>If any damage is caused to the college property by any student or by the group of students, the cost of the same will be recovered with a fine from the said student or group by the Disciplinary Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking, chewing tobacco, consuming alcohol or taking drugs is strictly prohibited in the institute. Any student is found in inebriated condition; he \/ she will be suspended \/ expelled from the institute.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the academic year the annual and action taken report are to be submitted to IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-1\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Minutes of meeting Procedure<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>All meetings shall be convened by the chairperson\/convener with prior notice to all committee members.<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of meeting will be noted down by the convener and same will be discussed with committee members.<\/li>\n<li>It is compulsory for the members to attend the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of necessary records of the committee in a file: Notice\/Photos\/Statistical data \/Minutes of meeting\/Prepare brief report on events.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meeting:\u00a0<\/strong>The Committee should meet at least once in every semester.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quorum:<\/strong>The quorum for the meeting shall be two-thirds of the total number of members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Record<\/strong> <strong>Keeping:\u00a0<\/strong>The agenda, minutes of meeting and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained in a register and electronically in a retrievable format (scanned copy).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The undersigned is pleased to constitute with the following members for the maintenance of discipline in the Institute.
