class=\"committee-section-title\">Functions and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>To conduct the CIE tests every semester as per the University guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Framing the Common format for QP and Scheme for CIE.<\/li>\n<li>To make necessary arrangements for the smooth conduction of SEE.<\/li>\n<li>Collection and analysis of CIE test Marks.<\/li>\n<li>Addressing the student grievances in CIE tests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-2\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Objective<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<p>To safeguard the quality of CIE and SEE examinations in line with the regulations specified by the affiliating University, VTU, Belagavi<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-3\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Controller of Examinations<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>The COE shall be responsible for the conduct of SEE Examinations of the college.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing rules and regulation required for quality-related activities for CIE examination activities.<\/li>\n<li>COE shall prepare the SEE examination schedule and organizing (Appointment of Supervisor, Related staff) the team from all departments.<\/li>\n<li>The COE shall plan for dates of declaration and Stationary purchasing, coding, its supply and record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Processing of application for registration to examinations (Applications, Hall tickets, Chelan etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Collection of Blue books, answer booklets, collection of Question paper (QP) set and its security.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the necessary arrangements for student grievances in CIE process<\/li>\n<li>To observe the course file of faculty shall maintain all relevant record of the CIE as per the standards.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the academic year the annual report and action taken report are to be submitted to IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-1\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Minutes of meeting Procedure<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>All meetings shall be convened by the chairperson\/convener with prior notice to all committee members.<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of meeting will be noted down by the convener and same will be discussed with committee members.<\/li>\n<li>It is compulsory for the members to attend the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of necessary records of the committee in a file: Notice\/Photos\/Statistical data \/Minutes of meeting\/Prepare brief report on events.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meeting:\u00a0<\/strong>The Committee should meet at least once in every semester.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quorum:<\/strong>The quorum for the meeting shall be two-thirds of the total number of members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Record<\/strong> <strong>Keeping:\u00a0<\/strong>The agenda, minutes of meeting and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained in a register and electronically in a retrievable format (scanned copy).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong>A copy of the same will be submitted to the IQAC of the college for
