Roles and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  1. CBIT canteen caters to the daily nutritional requirements of the students and staff at reasonable \/ subsidized prices.<\/li>\n
  2. The canteen committee conducts regular meetings to monitor the hygiene, cleanliness, and menu for the canteen.<\/li>\n
  3. The committee invites suggestions and addresses the grievances of the students and faculty members.<\/li>\n
  4. To modernize the canteen equipment and cooking procedures.<\/li>\n
  5. To maintain the canteen premises clean and hygiene.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    To cater the daily nutritional requirements to the students and staff at reasonable \/ subsidized prices and to maintain the canteen premises clean and hygiene<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Standard Operating Procedure for Canteen Committee<\/h3>\n
    \n
      \n
    1. Monitor the quality and hygiene of the food and beverages served in the canteen and address any concerns or complaints regarding the quality of food.<\/li>\n
    2. Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes among canteen staff and customers foster a positive and collaborative work environment.<\/li>\n
    3. Regularly review and monitor the prices and make informed decisions to adjust prices to ensure affordability for students.<\/li>\n
    4. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues.<\/li>\n
    5. At the end of the academic year the annual & action taken report are to be submitted to IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      Minutes of meeting Procedure<\/h3>\n
      \n
        \n
      1. All meetings shall be convened by the chairperson\/convener with prior notice to all committee members.<\/li>\n
      2. Minutes of meeting will be noted down by the convener and same will be discussed with committee members.<\/li>\n
      3. It is compulsory for the members to attend the meeting.<\/li>\n
      4. Maintenance of necessary records of the committee in a file: Notice\/Photos\/Statistical data \/Minutes of meeting\/Prepare brief report on events.<\/li>\n
      5. Meeting:\u00a0<\/strong>The Committee should meet at least once in every semester.<\/li>\n
      6. Quorum:<\/strong>The quorum for the meeting shall be two-thirds of the total number of members.<\/li>\n
      7. Record<\/strong> Keeping:\u00a0<\/strong>The agenda, minutes of meeting and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained in a register and electronically in a retrievable format (scanned copy).<\/li>\n
