action taken report are to be submitted to IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"committee-section committee-accent-1\">\n<h3 class=\"committee-section-title\">Minutes of meeting Procedure<\/h3>\n<div class=\"committee-section-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>All meetings shall be convened by the chairperson\/convener with prior notice to all committee members.<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of meeting will be noted down by the convener and same will be discussed with committee members.<\/li>\n<li>It is compulsory for the members to attend the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of necessary records of the committee in a file: Notice\/Photos\/Statistical data \/Minutes of meeting\/Prepare brief report on events.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meeting:\u00a0<\/strong>The Committee should meet at least once in every semester.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quorum:<\/strong>The quorum for the meeting shall be two-thirds of the total number of members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Record<\/strong> <strong>Keeping:\u00a0<\/strong>The agenda, minutes of meeting and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained in a register and electronically in a retrievable format (scanned copy).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong>A copy of the same will be submitted to the IQAC of the college for preparation of various reports of IQAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The committee constituted for the in-out campus maintenance and infrastructure development.
